If you volunteer to give us any personal contact details, we may
occasionally send you information about our services which we think
may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this you
may notify us at any time by email or in writing (see details below)
and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Access to the personal data we may hold about you
You can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you,
and you can also request to receive a copy of that personal data
- for a nominal charge of £10 to cover administration costs.
We will provide you with a readable copy of any personal data we
keep about you, within 40 days of the request and receipt of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse to send personal data without adequate
proof of identity.
Security
Any information you may send us from public areas of our web sites
is transmitted using standard Internet technology and is not particularly
secure.
However, we have security policies, rules and technical measures
to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:
