David is able to provide advice and support in all aspects of business and financial management to help improve the efficiency and profitability of small and medium sized businesses (SME’s). These services include strategy development, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, Key Performance Indicators, product costing, product profitability, customer profitability, cash management, asset management and profit maximisation.
He is also able to provide finance training for non finance managers in core topics including budgeting, project evaluation and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow).
David can provide general support on acquisitions, business integration and project management. He is also able to provide a ‘finance director’ capability to organisations which are not yet large enough to have a full time Finance Director on their team.

Career Background: |
David has 20 years Finance and General Management experience at Director level within small, medium, and large businesses.
He had 8 years as Managing Director including leading a management buyout and exit via a trade sale. The business was grown successfully organically and by acquisition.
In total David has 30+ years experience of dealing with financial management issues and managing teams. |
