Took a grip on Profitability of meetings and established guidelines that were used throughout the Company. Set up a Road show for SAP users. Devised Induction Programme, including new Ways of Working for managers at Barclays. Trained Managers in new procedures. Managed school of 1200 through massive change in culture. Found out perceptions via Market Research and retailored product. Built into thriving Business. Presented approaches on Marketing and Leadership nationally. Mentored new Leaders.
