General Manger for a Regional Brewery that included responsibility for Purchasing, Demand Forecasting, Warehousing, Distribution, Telesales.

National Logistics Manager for a leading Soft Drinks company with the responsibility for strategic development, and delivery of products on a National basis.

Formed commercial business opportunities with Major Supermarket chains including shared transport services, backhauling etc.

As Commercial Director for a Regional Brewery undertook a major review of strategic planning across the entire business, implementing new policies and procedures resulting in increased profitability at nil cost.

As Operations Director within the Furniture Industry reviewed the infrastructure of the business, with the focus on changing working practices and behaviours, applying performance indicators, quality initiatives, productivity measures, and customer development and retention.
