Career Background:

Following a number of years in engineering, Phil spent over 10 years at Hewlett-Packard in variety of sales, consulting and management roles, culminating in Director of European Operations for a software division. Later, he managed smaller companies that specialised in the information management and relationship management market, including a start-up operation. Phil has extensive experience in sales & marketing (direct sales and channels), business planning, consulting, team-building and general management in both the UK and Europe.

As a founding director of Red Splash, Phil now concentrates his energies on enabling ambitious individuals and companies to create and manage strategies that will ensure the achievement of their visions.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering (University of Birmingham).
AMIMechE.
Over 20 years of consulting, sales and marketing and business management experience gained in blue-chip and start-up information technology / high technology companies.
