Mark is regularly acting on corporate finance transactions, advising on buying and selling companies and businesses, setting up joint ventures and advising on reorganisations. He also drafts terms and conditions of business and a wide range of commercial agreements from supply contracts to distribution agreements and business process outsourcing agreements. Career Background:

Prior to becoming a solicitor Mark spent ten years in the electronics industry, including two years in a commercial management role. Mark then qualified as a solicitor and spent seven years in total at one of the largest law firms in the country. He was then head hunted to join a law firm associated with one of the top four accountancy practices. He was made a partner in 2004 and joined Pritchard Englefield in 2009.

Mark has given presentations on company law at the Institute of Directors, the Coutts Family Business Forum and the Alliance of Business Lawyers. He has also presented a live television programme for lawyers broadcast via the internet. Mark has written various articles and contributed chapters to a book entitled “Practical Company Law” published by Sweet & Maxwell.
