Mark is regularly acting on corporate finance transactions, advising on buying and selling companies and businesses, setting up joint ventures and advising on reorganisations. Career Background:

Prior to becoming a solicitor Mark spent ten years in the electronics industry, including two years in a commercial management role. Mark then qualified as a solicitor and spent seven years in total at one of the largest law firms in the country. He was then head hunted to join a law firm associated with one of the top four accountancy practices. He was made a partner in 2004 and joined Pritchard Englefield in 2009.

He has also presented a live television programme for lawyers broadcast via the internet. Mark has written various articles and contributed chapters to a book entitled “Practical Company Law” published by Sweet & Maxwell.
