He is experienced in both executive and non executive Director Roles and has Chaired a number of Boards. He is an experienced Company Secretary. He has professional financial training and experience in acquisition, setting up and Business Planning for SME Companies. Away from traditional management he has gained experience in project management.
He has a deep understanding of managing to maximise cash flow, managing for profit and managing for value. In addition experience in the management of down-sizing and also business growth.

Career Background:

Roger has experience in both the public and private sectors. Following qualification in accountancy he spent several years working in the finance department of several local authorities gaining experience in both the audit and accounting functions. In the early 1990’s he moved into the private sector and became a Director for several companies in the waste management and transportation sectors. He had a business development role which involved the acquisition of several companies and general growth of the business.
