Comments:

Paul combines analytical and lateral thinking with specialist techniques such as TRIZ and Six Sigma. These quickly identify the root causes of business and technical problems to develop robust and inventive solutions.

He treats the REACH regulation for chemicals as a whole-business situation, not simply a safety or environmental problem. He therefore strongly recommends an audit to identify where clients may be vulnerable.

He takes a similar approach to QMS and EMS. These are a frequent requirement before a business can tender for government projects.  To ensure long-term success, systems must be designed so that they not only pass an audit but meet the operating and business needs of the company.  As a result, opportunities for improvements and cost savings will almost certainly be identified.

His main interest is photography (semi-professional reportage wedding photographer).Young Enterprise Adviser.

He concentrates on the Midlands and East Anglia but is willing to travel in UK and Europe.
