A Senior Finance Manager with broad experience to
Finance Director level, gained in the oil industry (Royal Dutch
Shell Group) and in Consultancy and Interim Management. The latter
has included one change assignment at the EBRD (European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development) and two in the international air
express industry (DHL Worldwide Express) – see below for details.
Recently completed an assignment with a Hungarian company who develop
leading-edge solutions for high-security, finger-based, authentication
applications to establish an international marketing organisation
based in the UK.
Other experience, as a Business Adviser, includes commercialisation
of new technologies, mentoring of start-up companies, facilitating
the merger of two small engineering companies, providing finance
and business advice to two charities and the turnaround of a Close
Care company.
Currently working with Insolvency Practitioners, advising companies
and sole traders in financial difficulty on how they can avoid liquidation/bankruptcy
and restore profitability and financial stability.
Also acting as finance/commercial adviser to a manufacturer of
high security wooden doors who are re-launching their products in
the UK and overseas.
