An experienced finance professional and qualified
engineer who has held senior roles in systems and volume manufacturing
enterprises in the global and competitive automotive sector with
Lucas, Varity and TRW. During twenty years as a line manager, has
led the whole life cycle of business activities, culminating in
financial leadership of eleven businesses located in six countries.
Career generally developed when asked to take up “problem”
positions within the operating businesses. Therefore well qualified
in business change activities in industry including rapid growth
and downscaling.
Experience also in a full range of operational, commercial and
statutory matters but also IT system selection, and implementation
of most strategic projects such as acquisitions and divestment including
