Peter is a qualified and experienced finance manager
with general management skills gained mostly in the manufacturing
sector. He has held roles of Managing Director, COO and Finance
Director in both public and private companies and has therefore
directed all company functions.
He has formed companies in Singapore, France and America, acquired
UK companies, taken the commercial lead in an MBO and managed the
acquisition
of a new factory and equipment (circa £37 million).
Since 2003, he has been a business advisor, successfully disposing
of property and equipment and winding up two pension schemes one
of which he represents as Chairman of the Trustees. |
