Comments: |
Widely travelled, I am equally at home working with
apprentices in truck and van dealers, solving problems with owner
managers of transport and engineering companies or delivering presentations
on the European speaker circuit to country managers of pharmaceutical
businesses. My goal is to help businesses to improve their performance
and bring bottom-line impact.
I am delighted to offer to ibd advisors and their
clients, access to our database of over five hundred mystery shopper
researchers as well as training materials from our flagship 'Managing
for Excellence Senior Management programme' and over thirty other
training courses.
