I am a Strategic Planner with a difference. I only
deal with owners of businesses, I need all owners to be present,
and only require them for one day. Time is the enemy, and one day
is enough to prepare an Action Plan for a five-year rolling programme.
Turnover, number of employees and industrial sector are irrelevant.
The only requirement is the ability to have all the owners in one
room.
My remuneration is based on a “value” concept. Clients
only pay what they think the day has been worth with all the risk
being taken by me. |
