Civil Engineering Technician, Surveyor: reinforced concrete design and build. Director of two small companies managing medium sized building and residential/commercial development projects.
More recently: Founder and Managing Director of The Amicus Community, an organisation which cared for and educated emotionally damaged children. Within twelve months of opening, Amicus returned a healthy profit which Adrian reinvested directly into high quality, advanced training for staff and the development of The Amicus School, of which he was The Proprietor.
Adrian has a wealth of practical and interpersonal experience including employee relations, business and employment law, employee resourcing and development, problem solving, organisational planning and communication. He has worked closely with systemic and psychoanalytical consultants focusing on individual and group relationships. |
